MAI Holdings is the natural extension of a couple who chose to build outward from what they already cultivate inward.

From MAI Experience to MAI Holdings

MAI was born in July 2022 as MAI Experience S.A.S., an operating company in conscious tourism experiences. What started as a project focused on conscious hospitality revealed, over time, a broader calling: to build, co-found, and invest in purpose-driven companies that put people at the center.

In February 2026, the company changed its name to MAI Holdings S.A.S. It wasn't a rebrand: it was the natural consequence of a legal, strategic, and personal transformation that had already happened. A closed patrimonial holding, parent company of a group of companies under construction, needed an identity to match.

Today MAI Holdings operates with a declared corporate thesis —resonance with purpose, demonstrable social benefit, and the character of the people we build with—, with aspirational regional presence in Latin America and an intergenerational horizon. MAI's strength isn't investing: it's building and co-founding purpose-driven companies.

The soul of the holding

Before talking about investments, sectors, and companies, MAI needs to declare where it looks from. This isn't philosophical decoration: it's the compass that filters every decision of the holding.

People at the center

MAI Holdings is founded on the conviction that every company, regardless of sector, exists to empower people. Not the consumer, not the user, not the customer: the whole person. This isn't a slogan; it's an investment filter. MAI doesn't participate in projects that reduce people to metrics, nor in businesses that prosper at the expense of those who sustain them.

Human experiences as anchor and as rocket

We believe human experiences are both the anchor and the rocket that empowers society: the anchor, because they bring people back to what's essential; the rocket, because from there the new gets built. A face-to-face conversation remains, well into the 21st century, a tool for transformation. At MAI, technology is always in service of that conversation, never in its place.

Both Alejandro and Aimee have a sustained practice of self-awareness, NLP, and personal work. It's not separable from the company: it's the source from which the company emerges. We believe companies should focus on having each person go inward — because from that inner place the best decisions are made, the healthiest relationships are built, and the most solid projects are designed.

Ancestral wisdoms, cities, and territories

We believe the future lies in the origin. Latin America's native cultures are the foundation of our contemporary culture, and their wisdom —about land, about time, about community— is a living heritage, not a museum piece. We invest in territories and projects that empower their people, whether native communities, local cultural identities, or entire cities.

Gamification and experience design

We believe gamification, when used with judgment, is one of the most powerful tools for transforming organizational culture and project adoption. We don't see it as a decorative playful layer, but as an architecture of motivation, incentives, and learning that coexists with business discipline and rigor. Where others see game mechanics, we see infrastructure for cultural change.

Private enterprise with genuine social responsibility

We believe private capital has real power to elevate cities, transform sectors, and raise cultures. And we believe that power comes with a social responsibility that isn't exercised for tax benefits, but on principle: if we have the fortune of building prosperous companies, the natural question is what else we can invent to give back to society what it has given us.

By 2035, MAI Holdings is a Latin American business group recognized for showing that private capital transforms territories when it puts people first. We have built and invested in purpose-driven companies across different corners of the region, we operate as a certified B Corp, and we have consolidated a structural system of social reinvestment that generates sustainable economic returns for the communities where we participate.
