Portfolio incorporation criteria
Every new company that joins the group —whether built, co-founded, invested in, or leveraged— must clear the three chained filters of the thesis: resonance with MAI's purpose, demonstrable social benefit, and the character of the people we'll build with.
The portfolio will expand progressively and organically. MAI doesn't set quantity targets —we don't aim for N companies by a date— but quality: every company we add must measure up to the thesis and the group's seal.
