She doesn't come to the holding as a founder's complement; she arrives as a co-founder with her own weight, her own scars, and business judgment earned on the field.

“Commitments to me are kept, or they aren't made” is the phrase that defines her. She is the holding's authentic voice: she asks what no one dares to ask, inquires until she understands the what for of every decision, and when she sees a project drifting from what it committed to, she says it — holding nothing back, without softening the message, without losing care for the person.

She ensures that what gets built has soul, truth, and real commitment. She brings the human touch, adds what is felt, transmits what must be transmitted, and keeps MAI honest with itself. Her role in the duo is the light along the path.
